This national-scale initiative elevates seven UNESCO sites into a unified, accessible network tailored for the growing cycle tourism market.
Drawing inspiration from authentic Langobard decorative art, the design system achieves national recognition without imposing uniformity. Translating historical territory-specific patterns onto a modular framework, from cycling milestones to the custom-crafted "Longobardi Corner" infopoints, the project blends heritage with functional design.
Serving as the single point of contact across seven municipalities, I designed the cycle routes, developed the visual system, and managed the €750k budget from concept to on-site execution.

Results
The project has been ongoing since 2022. Two national-scale cycle routes plus a day-loop for each site and the assets have been delivered. Product videos, cycling commodities and a social campaign with cycling and cultural influencers are in production.
