Overview
This urban regeneration initiative transforms neighborhood streets into democratic, shared public spaces through tactical urbanism and the implementation of "Zone 30".
With Gardolo serving as the first experimental district, the project was shaped alongside urbanist Matteo Dondè through an extensive co-design process. By actively involving both residents and students (the citizens of tomorrow) the community directly participated in reimagining their own streets. The resulting communication line is tailored to turn temporary spatial tests into permanent, lively, and people-centric realities.
As the creative lead, I designed the visual identity, managed the public engagement phases, and directed the communication strategy to convert urban data into community-driven narrative.

Results
The tactical urbanism experiment in Gardolo achieved a 76% satisfaction rate in the 6-month public survey.
As a result, the municipality converted the temporary spatial tests into permanent urban measures. The project is ongoing, and the co-design and regeneration framework is currently being scaled and deployed across two new neighborhoods.
